POLICIES


As of January 1, 2020 

  • I will only see 4-5 clients a day 2-3 days a week when not filming.

For you BEFORE service: 

  • There's a good chance you're gonna love your service, so I will have to document it for the socials. I will be taking After Photos of your beautiful self, so wear a little makeup.

  • Wellness check. Are you feeling sick?

  • Arrive solo. Sorry, no friends or groups. Added guests will wait in their vehicle to be called in.

  • Wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner for hair cuts.

  • Stay inside your vehicle once you arrive. Shoot me a text, and I’ll let you know when to enter.

  • Wash your hands before, during, and after your service.

  • Please provide your own surgical or N95 mask while having services done. No cloth masks.

NEW CLIENTS: 

  • You can book your appointment via the website and then if you have not seen me before please text me at: 775.830.7115. In that first text provide as much detail as possible, your needs, your sense of urgency, if you have credit with me, or any other details you may want me to know that way I can serve you better. Must have a thorough 1:1 consultation via FaceTime, zoom, or video message.

  • $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - Appointment retainer will be required via any cash app or square. This will be credited towards your service. This reserves your space with me.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If you are unable to make your appointment, I require a 72 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel last minute, you forfeit your deposit.  No exceptions. 

NO CALL / NO SHOW: 

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit as well as have to pay full price for your next visit. No exceptions.
